When a back injury left her unable to function in her professional office job, Jacqueline found herself in a precarious situation. Being ultimately resourceful, Jacqueline found work as a virtual assistant; she quickly realized the need was greater than she could fulfill. Virtually Here was born to meet insatiable client work. In the past year, Jacqueline has re-structured her business model by bringing on specialists in six core competency areas.
The Company’s diverse set of experts include: an IT consultant, an SEO guru, a graphic design artist, a social media maven, a web developer, as well as her own virtual assistant! Karla initially joined Virtually Here to produce bi-monthly Company webinars, but Jacqueline chose to tap into her 15 years of marketing expertise. So, in addition to being a client account manager, Karla is also the main content creator, blogger, and superb networker who prospects new clients to grow the business.
In 2014, the Company became an LLC — fully insured and licensed. Our client base is growing like gang-busters. Never one to turn business away, when Jacqueline is contacted by a client who requires something not in Virtually Here’s wheelhouse (e.g., video production); she looks into her smart phone “rolodex” of business partners and gladly makes a referral. Virtually Here is always open to partnering with other independently-owned and operated small businesses.
